This policy explains what personal data Knight Jump collects through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and our day-to-day analytics is anonymous and uses no cookies.

What we collect and why
We keep data collection to a minimum and only process what is described below, for the purposes given.
Contact-form messages
When you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name and email address you provide and your message. We use them solely to read and reply to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
Booking an intro call
When you book a free intro call, you do so on Calendly, our scheduling provider. The name, email address and any details you enter go to Calendly and to us so we can hold the call. See Calendly's privacy policy below for how they handle it.
Legal basis: Your consent and our legitimate interest in arranging the call (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
Privacy-friendly analytics
On every page we record a single anonymous measurement (the page visited, where you arrived from, and your browser's language) to understand how the site is used. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device, and counts visitors with a server-side hash that rotates daily, so you cannot be recognised from one day to the next or identified as a person.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site, by a means that does not identify you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Google Analytics
If, and only if, you accept analytics cookies on our banner, we additionally use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. It sets its own cookies (such as "_ga") and does not load until you accept; decline, and it never runs.
Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your cookie choice
We store your accept-or-decline decision in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us or shared.
Legal basis: Necessary to provide a function you asked for (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server and delivery logs
Like almost every website, our host and content-delivery network record standard technical data (your IP address, browser type and the time of each request) to deliver pages and images and keep the site secure. These logs are kept briefly and are not used to identify you.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
International data transfers
The providers above are based in the United States, so some data may be processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Contact-form messages and booking details are kept for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any coaching that follows, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' settings. Server logs are kept only briefly, for security.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable data-protection law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, just email us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Personal Data Protection Agency, or, if you are in the EU/EEA, your local data-protection authority.
Children and parental consent
This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We coach students of all ages, including children, but any contact or booking made through this site should be carried out by an adult, and the details entered should be the adult's.
Where we coach someone under the age of digital consent (16 in much of the EU/EEA, and as low as 13 in some countries), the lessons are arranged and authorised by their parent or guardian, who provides any personal data about the child that we need to deliver the coaching. That parental authorisation is our basis for processing a child's data, and a parent or guardian can review, correct or delete it at any time by contacting us.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a child through this website. If you believe a child has provided us with data without a parent's or guardian's involvement, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we choose reputable providers who maintain their own security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
